What exactly does the corporate concierge service cover?

Our corporate concierge service includes executive reception, mail management, meeting room coordination, and visitor assistance during business hours. It does not include deep cleaning tasks or maintenance of specialized technical systems, unless contracted as part of a comprehensive facility management plan.

Are contracts monthly or annual?

All our agreements are formalized through an annual renewable contract, with the possibility of a semi-annual review of conditions. For embassies and AAA offices, we offer flexibility clauses that allow adjusting the scope of service according to changes in staffing or diplomatic requirements.

What happens if a concierge does not show up?

We have an immediate replacement team with personnel trained in corporate protocol. In case of an unforeseen absence, we guarantee coverage within a maximum of two business hours, at no additional cost to the client.

Does predictive maintenance include spare parts?

The predictive maintenance service covers the inspection, monitoring, and diagnosis of critical systems (HVAC, electricity, security). Spare parts and materials needed for corrective repairs are billed separately, upon prior client authorization. Our technical report details each required component.

Can I cancel the service before the contract ends?

Yes, with a 60 calendar days' notice. In that case, a penalty equivalent to 15% of the remaining contract value will be applied, unless the termination is due to proven breach on our part. Specific conditions are detailed in clause ten of the agreement.
